Are you trying to lose weight? Or just trying to keep those abs showing for the summer? Honey, then you know that nutrition is 70% of your weight loss, or even 80%. Workouts equal onlu 20-30% of your weight loss progress. So if you want fast results you really have to focus on diet.
This is where a meal planner can help you. There are 2 ways you can use it ( or more, but those are the ways I use it)
- As a diary. If you want to count calories, just write down everything that you eat and count those calories at the end of the day.
- You can use it to plan your meals ahead . This way you can control what you eat , write your recipes for the week and be sure that you stay on track with your macronutrients.
