We all know that in order to lose weight we have to reduce to number of calories we are eating , right???
Well, not really, you can make some exercises to burn some more calories. This workout only takes you 5 minutes, and it`s actually pretty easy ( except for the push ups, I really struggle with push ups.) If you can`t do push ups , replace them with 30 seconds of plank, it works well too.
Now, if 5 minutes isn`t enough for you, you can repeat this circuit for up to 5 times, with 1 or 2 minutes break between circuits. This means you will burn up to 500 calories in only 30 minutes. Isn`t this amazing?
