It`s hard to go from an unhealthy life to a healthy life and it doesn`t happen overnight . You have to work for it. REMEMBER : Good things never come easy!!!
That applies to changes too, even if we want to get rid of chips and meals full of fats it can be pretty complicated specially when out families and friends eat really unhealthy. Motivation comes pretty easy but it goes fast, you have to keep yourself on track.
My tip for this week is to start small. What means that?
Start by taking healthy snacks instead of chips and pizza. I have a list of healthy snacks that you can try. Leave a comment if you have more ideas!
