If you want to lose some weight I bet you heard about lemon water ( I agree, is great for you! ). It is supposed to kick start your day and to get your metabolism going, this way you will burn more calories during the day.
The only problem I have with lemon water is that it can be pretty hard to drink, after a long time no see. I used to drink this every day but after the school started I didn`t had enough time for it in the mornings so I jumped over this healthy habit. And now I don`t really like the taste , I guess you have to get used to it. So I started looking for other ways to use lemon and that`s how I came across this amazing cinnamon-lemon-water mix.
It`s so easy! All you have to do is get some water at room temperature , squeeze half a lemon in it and add one tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix and drink this first ting in the morning.
